The Returns Process – step by step:
STEP 1. To notify us of your intention to return or cancel your order, you need to get in touch seven (7) working days after the day of delivery. You can call our Customer Services on 0113 242 9229, or drop us an email at email@example.com with your order details. Remember, we can’t accept returned goods that we believe have been excessively used.
STEP 2. When telling us of your intention to return, you’ll need to either tell our Customer Services your customer order number, or make a note of it in the email you send, along with a description of the item(s) you’re returning. You will find this information on your despatch note.
STEP 3. When returning the product please ensure that the parcel is properly sealed, and ensure you’ve included the original despatch note. We strongly recommend that the parcel is sent by a recorded delivery service (one that requires a signature upon receipt).

Please make sure you retain the recorded delivery receipt. That way you can provide proof that you’ve returned the goods in the unlikely event that we don’t receive the parcel. We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit.
STEP 4. If you’ve chosen to receive a refund, we’ll process it within thirty (30) days of receiving notification that you’d like to return the products. That is provided that you have returned the goods to us within 14 working days.
We only want Beever hair care products to go to places where we know they’ll be appreciated. So, in the unlikely event that you find they just aren’t working for you, stick it in the post and send it back to us and we’ll refund your money. It won’t be a case of "no questions asked" though, as we constantly look to improve our products based on your experiences with them.
You have 14 days from the day it reaches your door to get your Beever hair care product back to us. If you do intend to send your Beever back, please let us know by phone or e-mail within seven working days of receiving it. Before you do though, make sure you’ve checked out our styling tips as they really help you get the most out of our Beever hair care products.

If you want a refund, we’ll reimburse the price paid by you for the items you buy within thirty (30) days of receiving notification that you’d like to return the products. REMEMBER – this is only if you’ve returned the goods to us within 14 working days of delivery.
We can only issue refunds against the original credit/debit card used. If you do decide to send back a Beever hair care product that’s been used excessively, we WILL be in touch to tell you that we won’t be refunding your purchase. If you decide you want it back at the point you WILL be responsible for arranging the return of your that / those product/s and that can take up to 28 days after our notification.
This return policy is only applicable to purchases made online. If you purchased your Beever at a salon, please understand that each salon has its own return policy. We're sorry, but returns for purchases made at a retailer selling Beever hair care products can’t be returned to, or exchanged, at Beever online and vice versa. Returns for purchases made online won’t be accepted for return or exchange at a Beever distributor or Beever stockist. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
